The rooms were wonderful. the staff were attractive. - Having an ironing set, coffee and tea making facilities, and a work desk was very convenient. - the hotel had a stunning location just off the Yonne river in Joigny, perfect for a rainy bank holiday Friday, and close to the outlets of Troyes. - It was great to be 2 km away from Mcdonald's for quick meals. - I didn't want to leave there, spent a truly memorable time, and strongly recommend it.

The spa facilities were really nice and had a great view of the river. It was a perfect way to relax and unwind during our stay. the hotel also gave us a complementary upgrade to a room with a beautiful river view. It was a wonderful surprise and added to our overall experience. the hotel's location was perfect for our road trip in France, as it was conveniently located and allowed us to easily explore the surrounding areas.

The restaurant. As a pregnant woman, there were limited options for me to choose from, and the prices were excessively high compared to similar Michelin star restaurants we have been to in the past.
